This App Policy ("Policy") governs your use of SoftReckon MONAVEDIT (the "App"), a browser-based video editing application provided by SoftReckon LLC ("SoftReckon," "we," "us"). By opening or using the App, you agree to this Policy.
SoftReckon grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to:
Any video, audio, image, or text you import into a project ("Your Content") remains your property. Editing and rendering happen locally in your browser; SoftReckon does not claim ownership of Your Content and does not receive a copy of it as part of normal use of the App.
You are solely responsible for having the necessary rights to use, edit, and export Your Content, and for complying with any applicable copyright, privacy, or publicity laws.
You agree not to use the App to create, edit, or export content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the rights of any third party. SoftReckon reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to the App for use that violates this Policy.
The App is provided on an "as available" basis. Features, presets, export formats, and the underlying rendering engine may change, be added, or be removed at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. SoftReckon does not warrant that exports will be free of defects or that data will never be lost due to browser limitations, crashes, or storage constraints.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoftReckon LLC and Samuel Yeboah-Gaisie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of project data or exported media, arising from your use of the App.
The App, including its source code, design, icons, and branding, is the property of SoftReckon LLC and Samuel Yeboah-Gaisie. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering of the App is strictly prohibited.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
